I added these links to the quick reference section of our virtual library on the website:

and

http://gethuman.com/us/

You can use both to find phone numbers for companies that don't like to give them up (like Amazon). You can also use the gethuman site to bypass the annoying "Press this button" and talk to a real human for customer service.
