Celebrate Back to School with Rowdy the Clown
Thursday, September 7, 4:00 pm

Join Rowdy for an afternoon of comedy, magic and ventriloquism. Be amazed by her magic lasso and other rodeo tricks. Meet her silly puppet friends, Mutt the dog and Polly the parrot. Help Rowdy celebrate Smartest Card Month at the library. Children of all ages are welcome.

Skip Parson’s Clarinet Marmalade Concert
Thursday, September 7, 2006 – 7:00 pm

Skip Parson’s Clarinet Marmalade group will present a special rousing concert of Dixieland, New Orleans jazz to celebrate “Smartest Card” month at your library. This trio has been entertaining jazz fans since 1956 and their music for all ages will have you smiling and keep your feet tapping.
